We are growing and looking for Sales Representatives to join our team! Your mission? Engage with potential customers, create outstanding experiences, and seal the deal. You'll reach out through calls, emails, and chats, getting to know prospects' needs and matching them with our products. Plus, you'll process orders with a smile. 😁

We'll track your success using various metrics, but your Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) and your sales and revenue figures will be the real markers of your achievements. Join us in making sales magic! πŸͺ„

  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential customers through various channels including inbound/outbound calls with a friendly approach. πŸ˜„

  • Assess needs, customize solutions, and guide customers to efficiently close deals, exceeding sales targets while maintaining a customer-obsessed mentality.

  • Be a subject matter expert on our products and the best options for each customer, having full knowledge of our product and understanding competitors' offerings to provide comparative information. πŸ“ž

  • Advise customers, assist with post-sale inquiries, and collaborate with other departments when needed.

  • Build and maintain customer relationships, promote special offers, and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities. 🀝

  • Experienced with 6 + years of consistent, verifiable quota attainment, you've done the entire process from qualifying leads to closing. You ask the right questions and can negotiate to a win-win with customers. πŸ’Ό

  • An excellent communicator in terms of verbal and written English skills but you're also an attentive listener.

  • Flexible and understand how to adapt to different customer needs and work in a start-up environment. πŸš€

  • Always learning in terms of new technology, industry knowledge, and improving your game.

  • A team player who looks to collaborate with other departments to drive improvements.

  • A self-starter who is capable of prioritizing tasks and managing responsibilities on your own.
