Sales Development Representative

Craver is on a mission to help coffee shops and QSRs grow with custom-branded mobile apps that drive repeat business. We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative with a proven track record of outbound success to help us accelerate growth.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively reach out to cold leads via phone and email to generate qualified demos

  • Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls daily to prospects across North America

  • Identify key decision-makers and clearly communicate Craver’s value proposition

  • Maintain high-quality discovery conversations to ensure demo bookings meet qualification criteria

  • Collaborate with the Account Executive and Director of Sales to optimize outreach strategy

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience as a full-time SDR focused on cold calling and outbound prospecting

  • Comfortable and confident making 100+ calls a day

  • Proven ability to consistently book high-quality, sales-qualified demos

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone presence

  • Strong organizational skills and familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus)

  • A proactive mindset — you’re self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
