Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative to join our remote team. This role is critical to our growth as you will be the first point of contact with potential law firm clients. You will conduct outbound calls to personal injury law firms, identify decision-makers, qualify prospects, and schedule demonstrations of our pharmacy lien solution. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a remote environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and the persistence to turn cold leads into warm opportunities for our sales team.

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to potential clients 

  • Qualify leads based on established criteria 

  • Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects

  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of our services 

  • Maintain and update the CRM system with detailed and accurate notes

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for appointments set 

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and preferences

  • Handle objections professionally and find creative ways to engage prospects

  • Research potential clients to personalize outreach efforts 

  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions 

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times 

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience as an appointment setter, lead generator, or in a similar outbound sales role 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Strong phone presence and listening skills 

  • Multilingual capabilities with Advanced English

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems HubSpot 

  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude 

  • Strong time management and organizational skills 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook and Excel

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus 

  • An understanding of how Cold calling and email campaigns work.

  • Available to work in the PST time zone

Nice-to-Have: 

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or related fields 

  • Familiarity with sales automation tools 

  • Knowledge of social selling techniques 

  • Understanding of basic sales principles and techniques
