What You’ll Do

  • Lead commissioning projects end-to-end with a strong mechanical focus 

  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships 

  • Coordinate testing, resolve system issues, and ensure code compliance 

  • Produce clear technical documentation and close-out reports 

  • Support proposals and mentor team members 

What You Bring

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering strongly preferred). 

  • 5+ years of project management experience in commissioning or MEP projects 

  • Strong mechanical/HVAC expertise 

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills 

  • Ability to travel as needed (primarily regional) 

Preferred:

  • CxA, PE, or related certifications
