BerryClean is a fast-growing cleaning and home services company looking for a driven Growth Sales Representative to help us continue expanding our customer base and revenue. This is an entry-level remote sales role for someone who already has sales experience and knows how to communicate confidently, move quickly, and get things done. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day. About us/who we are

BerryClean is a growing cleaning and home services company serving residential and commercial customers across the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles.

We are a fully remote international team with team members across different countries and time zones. Our environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and growth-oriented.

Our team works during Pacific Standard Time business hours, with hours from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST.

We care deeply about customer experience, operational excellence, and building a strong team culture focused on accountability and execution.

About the Role

We are hiring because the company is growing quickly and we are looking for someone who can help us convert more opportunities into recurring customers.

This role is important because sales directly impacts the company’s growth. We are looking for someone who can confidently communicate with leads, handle objections, follow up consistently, and close deals.

The new hire will work closely with leadership and collaborate with sales, customer support, and operations teams.

Training will include:

  • Understanding our services and pricing

  • Sales processes and communication expectations

  • CRM and internal tools

  • Customer interaction standards

The team uses CRMs, communication tools, phone systems, Google Workspace, and other online platforms to communicate and manage workflows.

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Speaking with prospective customers through phone, text, and email

  • Following up with older and unresponsive leads

  • Handling objections and closing recurring customers

  • Maintaining organized communication and follow-up

  • Keeping sales activity updated

We are looking to hire as soon as possible.

Onboarding and Training

The onboarding process includes training on our services, communication style, systems, and sales expectations.

The role is fully remote and full-time. New hires will receive hands-on support and ongoing feedback during the onboarding period to help them succeed quickly.

Day to Day

A typical day includes:

  • Speaking with prospective customers

  • Following up with leads

  • Responding to inbound opportunities

  • Re-engaging older leads

  • Updating sales activity and pipeline notes

  • Collaborating with the team through remote communication tools

Requirements

  • Fluent English communication skills

  • Previous sales experience required

  • Comfortable handling objections and closing deals

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day

  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely

  • Comfortable using technology and online tools

  • Ability to work during Pacific Standard Time business hours

Communication is a major part of this role, so strong English speaking and writing skills are extremely important.

Nice to Have

  • Spanish proficiency

  • Experience in service-based sales

  • Experience following up with older or cold leads

Hiring Process

What’s in it for You?

Compensation

  • Base salary: $1,000/month

  • Unlimited commission structure

Our commission structure is uncapped, meaning your earning potential depends entirely on your performance. This is not a passive role, and strong results require consistency, communication skills, and follow-through.

That said, the opportunity is real. Some of our current reps earn an additional $300–$400+ per month in commissions, and high performers have the potential to grow beyond that over time.
