Business Development Manager

Finixio, a London-based Lead Generation and Affiliate Marketing company builds and owns websites across various niches including FinTech, Online Trading, and iGaming. 

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager, with a proven track record in the FinTech industry, to identify, contact and close suitable sales leads for the company in the tech niche.

Business Development Manager candidates need to be self-motivated, target-driven, and prepared to jump on opportunities and close deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Constantly researching the market, identifying potential business opportunities, and outreaching new partners

  • Keep up to date on market trends, customer needs, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies in the FinTech space

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and other key stakeholders in the crypto industry

  • Understand the client's needs and goals and provide ongoing support to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue generation

  • Create tailored proposals that demonstrate the ways our business will meet the client's needs and address the challenges they are facing

  • Negotiating and closing commercial deals with fixed and variable pricing models

  • Making upsells across a variety of sites

  • Providing regular reports and updates on business development activities, performance metrics, challenges and successes

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience working in sales within the FinTech space

  • An understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies is crucial for effectively identifying business opportunities in the crypto space

  • Skilled in sales and negotiation techniques to drive revenue growth and secure partnerships

  • Experience conducting thorough market research and analysis is essential for identifying potential target markets, competitors, and business opportunities in the crypto space

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively articulate the value proposition in calls and proposals

  • Excellent speaking and writing skills in English

  • Experience using CRMs is a plus

  • Fluency in French or German will be an advantage
