
Director, Engagement Strategy

The qualified candidate will lead and own engagement strategy on key accounts, provide subject-matter expertise, generate thought-leadership, lead ideation, and be a key partner to account, creative, technology and project management.

What you’ll do
Work with the account team to lead engagement strategy responsibilities and proactively identify opportunities for account growth
Lead engagement strategy thought leadership within your assigned portfolio by developing data driven POVs in support of the Fishawack Health engagement strategy vision
Develop and deliver high-quality client presentations that provide compelling rationale for the engagement strategy, tactical recommendations and business impact that connects to the larger picture
Lead/facilitate external and internal workshops for a variety of needs, including (not limited to): brand & tactical planning, website content & architecture, audience/persona behavior mapping, messaging strategy and engagement frameworks
Be integral to lead new business pursuits
About you
6-8 years’+ experience in digital/engagement strategy, multichannel marketing strategy, or related field
Health/pharma experience essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding problem-solving skillset and ability to take on new concepts and strategies
Experience in reading and interpreting data and providing recommendations
Crafting unique and compelling stories, leveraging data and complex concepts
Ability to provide, craft and articulate points-of-views, guidance, and direction
