As a Retention Marketing Specialist with experience in CRM, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills in data-driven marketing.
Responsibilities
Support in setting up personalized user journeys based on behavior and segmentation
Assist in refining client segmentation methods and exploring new ways to engage users
Work with internal teams to support CRM product adoption and uncover opportunities for improvement
Configure and manage communication tools such as push notifications and email campaigns
Create and schedule visually appealing emails and push notifications; assist with automated flows
Monitor and evaluate CRM campaigns by collecting and analyzing performance data
Participate in A/B testing to improve messaging, timing, and content effectiveness
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or a related role
Familiarity with email marketing tools and campaign management
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication and collaboration abilities
Interest in working with data and improving customer experiences
Basic knowledge of HTML for email setup is a plus
