Key Account Manager (Merchants)

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

  • Assisting the merchants at all stages of cooperation;

  • Processing of the onboarding of new clients, including control of the compliance process, and legal and commercial negotiations with the merchants;

  • Introduction of company’s acquiring services to the merchants, preparation of presentations for sales process;

  • Maintaining long-term business relationships and daily communication with merchants;

  • Up-sale for the current portfolio of merchants, as well as the development of sales, agent networks, and referral schemes, adding new business clients to the portfolio;

  • To be a single entry point for any requests of our key customers and provide high-level customer service and prompt resolution of any issues that a client may have;

  • Carrying out actions (such as approval rate control, upsell, traffic analytics, etc.) in relation to merchants in order to maintain and increase the company’s earnings on a daily basis

  • Planning each client’s development strategy in order to increase the client’s involvement in the company’s earnings increase


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

  • 2+ years of experience in clients success, business development role or similar role;

  • Experience in working with clients in fintech sector is mandatory;

  • Willingness and ability to learn new things quickly;

  • High sense of responsibility;

  • Good communication skills (for communication not only with the clients but cross-team communication daily);

  • Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English and preferably in russian;

  • Familiarity with industry-specific practices (psp, acquiring, payment gateway).
