Manager of Higher Ed Sales

Join GiveCampus' Sales Leadership Team with responsibility for managing the Higher Ed Account Executive Team. We are looking for an experienced sales leader with a strong commitment to cultural and operational excellence, an expectation of delivering significant sales coaching and a desire to be in the field selling alongside their team. You will be accountable for achieving the team’s new business, renewal and cross-sell revenue targets.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead a talented group of Account Executives to over-performance

- Hire, onboard and ramp new Account Executives as the team grows

- Manage and adapt team strategy as our platform and the market changes

- Manage up and deliver clear and concise summaries of team performance and recommended actions for improvement based on results and data. 

- Coach AEs on prospecting, account plans, close plans and negotiations 

- Support AEs on sales calls at strategic times during the sales cycle, especially closing calls 

- Lead full sales cycle for select accounts to augment your team’s attainment

- Bring best practices in sales coaching to the full Sales team at GiveCampus, and help shape our full team approach to sales coaching

- Contribute to team culture, strategy, and planning as a member of the Sales leadership team 

What We’re Looking For:

- A demonstrated record of exceeding targets in B2B enterprise and/or SaaS sales

- An ability to inspire and coach a team of Account Executives through motivation and dataInsatiable intellectual curiosity and resilience 

- Ability to execute with limited resources
