Sales Enablement Manager

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies aligned with GMS goals and programs to improve sales team efficiency.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments including Marketing & Product, and Commercial to ensure consistency and alignment of sales enablement efforts with overall business objectives.

  • Create a library of product pitch decks, e-books, case studies, product demo videos, and webinars. Continuously improve collaterals, bringing on board new formats.

  • Develop powerful product stories by leveraging customer insights and thoroughly understanding market trends and competitive forces.

  • Plan and create content for social media to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and advocacy.

  • Define, develop/oversee the creation of a wide array of collateral and assets for use on a variety of digital and traditional channels (product brochures, sales pitch presentations, whitepapers, infographics, videos, product web pages, digital campaign content, and others).

  • Conduct regular assessments to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to sales enablement.

  • Build and maintain product knowledge.

  • Train and support sales teams to effectively articulate product positioning and benefits.

  • Create sales training materials, presentations, and resources to support onboarding, ongoing training, and skill development for sales team members.

  • Work closely with content creators, writers, designers, and digital marketers, ensuring deadlines are communicated early and priorities are adhered to.

What we expect:

  • 5+ years of experience in international B2B marketing.

  • Proven experience in the development of B2B marketing collaterals in the Telecom industry.

  • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role.

  • Hands-on with mar-tech stack (HubSpot, GA, Salesforce, JIRA, or similar).

  • Excellent command of English.

  • Experience in creating and tailoring product messaging for a variety of digital and traditional channels.

  • Experience in transforming technical product input into engaging storylines.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving results.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Strong understanding of brand consistency principles.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to get support and buy-in from diverse teams across the company and implement ideas in a test-and-learn environment.

  • Travel within Europe is required (up to 20%).
