The Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be on the front lines of our growth engine. Your mission is to identify, engage, and qualify digital agencies, developers, and freelancers to join our partner and reseller hosting programs. You’ll work closely with our Account Executives to set appointments and move qualified prospects into the sales funnel.

What You’ll Do

  • Research, identify, and engage agencies, freelancers, and developers across global markets.

  • Run high-volume outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone.

  • Qualify leads based on fit, need, and growth potential.

  • Book meetings and demos for Account Executives.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting.

  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in our CRM.

  • Be the first touchpoint for many prospects — representing GreenGeeks with professionalism and energy.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of sales, lead generation, or customer-facing experience (preferred, not required).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfort with high-volume outreach (cold emails, LinkedIn, calls).

  • Curiosity about the web hosting, SaaS, or digital agency space.

  • Coachable, resilient, and motivated by results.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
