Our Media department is in search of a dedicated Account / Sales Manager to increase the revenue of our Media Departmentπ and you will help to foster and enhance relationships with iGaming Operators, making them our trusted partners.

We are a digital marketing company based in Chiang Mai, in Thailand (https://greentomatomedia.com/) with employees from different parts of the world.
And unlike all the traditional digital marketing agencies, we donβt work with clients, which means we develop our own products π
Here are the main activities of GreenTomatoMedia :
π»MEDIA with a network of 1500+ websites in 8 languages with more than 1 million high-value visitors per month in different thematics (Finance, Crypto, iGaming) & a few fast-growing Youtube Channels.
=> We generate revenues thanks to affiliate marketing.π±MOBILE APPLICATIONS with a portfolio of 50+ apps downloaded 20+ million times.
=> Our source of revenue comes from a subscription model and in-app purchases.
What You'll Do:
β½οΈ MAIN GOAL : Maximize the revenue of the Media Department and grow strong relationships with top partners π
This involves expanding our brand portfolio by enrolling them in our affiliate program π€.
Skillfully negotiating favorable conditions encompassing CPA, Revshare, Hybrid, Flat Fee, and Listing Fee structuresπΌ.
You'll diligently monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize revenueπ.
And provide monthly performance reports π.
Additionally, close collaboration with our Finance team will ensure seamless payment processes, reinforcing our commitment to excellenceπ.
What key skills are we seeking?

Experience: 2 - 5 years working within the iGaming industry π°

Passion: Interest and passion for the iGaming industry β€οΈ

Expertise: Strong understanding of the iGaming industry, including regulations, deals etc π

Independence: Self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision π

Track Record: Proven successful track record in sales and account management, with a focus on results π

Skills: Analytical forward-thinking individual, with excellent negotiation and people skills π€π§ πΌ

Recruitment process: If you have been selected amongst other candidates you will receive an email for an interview invite.
1st step: HR initial interview: The meeting will be conducted by the Talent Acquisition Specialist, Zee, and will last between 30 minutes and 1 hour. It will cover your previous experiences and the reasons why you want to join the company
2nd step: Written test to evaluate your knowledge and skills (we will give you 1 week to complete it). The test will help you to apprehend the position you are applying for, so if you like to do the test, then you will love working in our company.
3rd step: You will meet the manager for a final interview that will last around 30minutes - 1 hour.
