Sales Specialist, Clinical Trials

The Commercial team at H1 plays a crucial role in creating that future. WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1

As an Account Executive owning H1’s Trial Landscape offering, you will  help drive our business to meet our revenue goals. You will be working with stakeholders across the organization to understand our business, the markets we’re in and the needs of our users. 

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

- Manage and stimulate revenue through complex, multiple go-to-market strategies

- Actively seek out new opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

- Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and use case

- Engage with C-suite executives and align with their strategic roadmap

- Prepare and deliver professional presentations on products and services

- Develop and implement strategic account and opportunity plans to drive revenue

- Negotiate and close deals as well as address concerns or objections

- Collaborate with internal team members to achieve optimum results

- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

- Support marketing team to identify and execute plans for market awareness, client case studies, and vertical market growth within assigned accounts

ABOUT YOU

You’re a seasoned sales professional, with experience selling enterprise B2B SaaS technology. You have proven success prospecting and closing new logo opportunities. You know how to gather requirements, understand customer use cases, set proper expectations, demo the H1 platform, and manage an enterprise sales cycle.

REQUIREMENTS

- 3-6 years proven success selling B2B SaaS technology to enterprise companies

- Experience selling in Life Sciences and/or Clinical Trials 

- You are a strong communicator and collaborator

- Thorough understanding of prospecting, selling and negotiating techniques

COMPENSATION

This role pays a $130,000 to $150,000 base salary per year, based on experience. Plus uncapped variable commission based on performance, in addition to stock options.
