SEO Product (eCommerce) Lead

About the Position:

We are looking for an SEO Product Team Lead to drive our eCommerce platforms to new heights by optimizing our online presence and maximizing our search engine visibility. In this leadership role, you’ll ensure that travelers worldwide can effortlessly discover and access our eSIM products, helping them stay connected seamlessly. 

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings across 15+ languages, driving increased traffic and sales.

  • Work closely with CRO, UI/UX, Product, and Development teams to integrate SEO best practices into website design, functionality, and content.

  • Lead a team of on-page and technical SEO specialists, providing guidance, support, and performance management.

  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance and uncover opportunities for content optimization and differentiation.

  • Develop and execute growth roadmaps focused on improving rankings, increasing traffic, and driving revenue.

  • Oversee the implementation of content improvements and the launch of new eCommerce pages.

  • Provide SEO guidance to improve navigation, content layout, and overall user experience for better engagement and search engine performance.

  • Collaborate with the off-page SEO team to ensure that eCommerce pages receive robust support through backlinks and PR campaigns.

  • Work with the CRO team to align conversion optimization efforts with SEO objectives and KPIs for cohesive growth.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience leading SEO teams, with a proven track record of driving organic growth and sales.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Proficient in stakeholder management, and skilled in reporting findings and insights to key stakeholders.

  • Fluent in English. Spanish is an advantage.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
