The Role
We're seeking multiple Sales Development Representatives to join our growing team in Serbia. iDeals Board is on a mission to achieve rapid global growth by replicating the success of iDeals VDR, and you'll play a key role in driving new customer adoption among small and medium-sized enterprises across various industries. This is a unique opportunity to interact with C-level executives and key decision-makers, directly impacting the success of iDeals Board.
This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of a fast-growing department and product. It provides a springboard into a successful B2B sales career within a global and dynamic tech environment.
What You Will Do
Perform B2B mapping, cold calling, and outreach for accounts within the US region
Conduct thorough research on customer personas before initial contact
Schedule product demonstrations with qualified prospects to support our Field Sales operations
Proactively build rapport, maintain engagement, and effectively communicate with prospects
Gather prospect information, collect feedback, and progress them through the sales funnel
What We Look For
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Strong understanding of effective sales techniques, objection handling, and navigating gatekeepers
Prior experience in the B2B SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) industry; tech background is a plus
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to feedback, and thrive in a high-growth environment
Tenacity to overcome rejections and a results-oriented mindset
Proficiency in building rapport with prospects
Nice To Have
Fluency in additional languages such as German, Spanish, French, or Italian
Work Schedule & Employment Model
This role operates within the US time zone, with working hours from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM CET time
Employment model: B2B contract only*
*Our B2B model involves hiring individuals as private entrepreneurs or contractors under a B2B (business-to-business) contract. These iDealers receive the same benefits as the rest of the employees. B2Bs need to have their "private company" open so iDeals arranges the contract with this "private company". They are paid with invoices instead of payslip.
$14,000 - $33,000 a year
The salary structure is 75/25 split. 75% on base pay and 25% on performance-based bonus.
The monthly (gross) base pay: 1200 to 1960 USD
The annual (gross) base pay: 14,000 to 23,000 USD
The annual (gross) total package/OTE: 21,000 to 33,000 USD
