
Partner Manager (Maternity cover)
We’re looking for a Partner Manager to join our Sales Organization to help build, grow, and manage our partner ecosystem. In this role, you will identify, nurture and close new partner contracts and manage the processes that support long-term joint success. You will work closely with the CRO and senior stakeholders to ensure our partners are informed, engaged, and able to generate new opportunities. If you enjoy a balance of partner sales, hands-on relationship management, and driving company growth, this is the role for you.
In this role you will:
• Identify, qualify, and sign new referral, reseller and system integrator partners.,
• Build and manage deep relationships with partners to drive engagement and foster revenue opportunities (e.g. to partners’ clients).
• Coordinate business development campaigns and collaborate closely with internal teams to progress partner-led opportunities.
• Provide regular management reports to track partner activities, and deliver regular deployment updates to the Leadership Team.
• Develop joint go-to-market and enablement plans that enable partner teams to socialize and recommend the use of interop.io.
• Present product capabilities and updates to partner organizations and facilitate knowledge transfer, feature briefings, and roadmap discussions.
• Organize partner events and forums to strengthen engagement and support community growth.
• Track referrals, ensure smooth handover to internal teams, and monitor progress through to completion.
Your profile:
• 4+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or revenue enablement, within a B2B software or technology environment.
• Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities, prioritize effectively, and collaborate across teams.
• Excellent organizational skills, with experience of managing multiple active engagements.
• Clear and confident communication for presenting product capabilities, aligning on plans, and providing updates to leadership.
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of partner relationships, performance, and outcomes.
• Ability to translate partner needs into actionable plans and co-create effective go-to-market strategies.
• Comfortable facilitating meetings, trainings, partner forums, and enablement sessions.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage partner and opportunity data.
• Fluent in English.
