About The Role

As a Named Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving growth by developing meaningful relationships with major accounts and securing strategic sales opportunities. This role requires a high-energy, motivated professional with an exceptional track record in sales and a deep understanding of the MarTech landscape.

This fully remote role reports to our Director of Enterprise Sales and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.

 What you will do at Jasper

  • Drive growth by developing meaningful relationships with major accounts and securing strategic sales opportunities

  • Establish and expand relationships with key enterprise clients to ensure long-term business partnerships

  • Drive the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, focusing on high-value engagements with top-tier clients

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the marketing domain

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align go-to-market strategies with client needs, ensuring a seamless client experience from initial contact through implementation

  • Host and coordinate high-impact client events, such as dinners, business reviews, and other engagement activities, to enhance client relations and brand visibility

  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitive dynamics, leveraging insights to strategically position Jasper’s offerings

What you will bring to Jasper

  • Proven track record of successful sales performance in marketing, with experience managing Fortune 100 accounts

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in strategic sales roles, demonstrating a capacity to meet or exceed demanding sales targets

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives and key decision-makers.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of navigating complex sales scenarios and negotiating win-win outcomes

  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage a broad territory with strategic focus and exceptional time management

Compensation Range

At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected OTE offered for this role is $325,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
