Account Manager (Performance Marketing)

Job Description:

You will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating acquisition campaigns on Meta, Google and Native, and ensuring performance is tracked effectively.

Tasks

  • Manage relationships with clients – Keep them updated, understand their goals and ensure they get the best service.

  • Coordinate Acquisition campaigns – Work with media buyers and creative team to launch and optimize ad campaigns on Meta, Google and native.

  • Help brands grow – Understand their business, marketing strategies, and what drives sales.

  • Use AI and data – Review performance reports, identify trends, and collaborate with media buyers to suggest optimizations.

  • Keep projects on track – Make sure deadlines are met and problems are solved quickly.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account or project management at a performance marketing agency or on brand side (DTC experience is a plus).

  • Good understanding of performance marketing – paid media, creative strategy, stages of awareness, data analysis and ecomm growth strategies.

  • Strong communication skills – Can manage client expectations and explain campaign performance.

  • Problem-solving mindset – Takes initiative, stays organized, and finds solutions.

  • Comfort with data and AI tools – You should be able to interpret marketing data and work with AI-driven insights.
