About the Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and creative customer marketer to join our team. The Customer Marketing Manager focuses on developing and executing strategies to increase customer loyalty, retention, and advocacy by deeply understanding existing customer behaviors and preferences. You will be responsible for executing customer-focused marketing initiatives to drive retention, expansion, and loyalty..
Primary Responsibilities:
Customer Communications: Oversee the customer communications calendar and execute a comprehensive comms strategy and plan that fosters engagement, adoption, and advocacy across the post-sale customer lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with CS, PS, CX, Sales, Product and Marketing to align messaging and create compelling customer communications that support key adoption and upsell efforts.
Analysis and Optimization: Measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and continuously optimize based on data-driven insights.
Gifting and Appreciation: Collaborate with the CS team to find new ways to show appreciation for our customers through platforms such as Printfection, and Thnks.
Customer References: Facilitate customer references, working alongside the Customer Success and Sales teams to complete them in a timely manner. Work to consistently improve the process.
Case Studies & Testimonials: Coordination, recruitment and development of Customer Success Stories and testimonials to support and activate customer proof point strategy
Review Generation: Activate and track the customer review strategy across all review platforms to enhance Kantata’s online presence and credibility.
Customer Event Coordination: Collaborate in the planning, promotion, and execution of Converge, the yearly virtual customer conference, and other customer-facing events
What you bring to the role:
3-5 years experience in customer marketing, customer success, communications, or a related field.
Strong people skills to engage with customers
Proficiency in project management
Experience with marketing tools like Marketo & Hubspot, Exposure to advocacy platforms like Influitive & Higher Logic is a plus.
Strong attention to detail.
Team Player: Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and content teams.
Mastery of AI tools
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $115,000
This position is eligible for company-wide bonus plan
