B2C eCommerce Growth Marketer

The Role

Ads Management

  • Using our in-house system to manage and refine ads campaigns on a weekly basis

Product and Brand Information Management and Updates

Product Materials Management

  • Product-to-Market workflow: Working on a variety of tasks in our product to market workflow from implementation of the communications perspective to bring a new product to market.

  • Product Information database management: Managing the product information database to ensure accuracy, consistency and updates in all languages. Includes product packaging and product listing information.

  • Product marketing content management: Managing, updating and refining our product listing content. This includes:

  • A+ Content/ Shopify Page content 

  • Images, infographics and illustrations

  • Video (co-ordinating video editor for updates/ refinements)

Store Management

  • Updates to our storefronts across Europe and Middle East in their local languages

  • Amazon marketplace storefronts

  • Our own Shopify storefronts

Email Workflows

  • Implement and update email workflows across the entire lifecycle of customers

  • Write and publish emails according to specific style guidelines in line with brand and persona

  • Refine the organisation system for email workflows and maintain over time

Conversion Optimization through Experiments

  • Ideating, designing and implementing new copy, content, page, email, email workflows and ad split tests

  • Reviewing experiment statistics weekly to identify winners and new opportunities for split tests

Co-ordination of Supporting Services and Team

  • For the execution of your work you will co-ordinate and supervise people supporting you in areas such as video editing/ podcast editing, packaging file editing, and translations

Ad Hoc Project and Sprint Activity

  • Beyond these activities there will be adhoc project involvement based on your strengths.

Ideal Profile

Must-Haves

  • Experience & Track Record

  • 1–2 years’ experience (including internships) in growth marketing for a B2C/DTC company.

  • Proven ability to grow customer bases, especially on:

  • Amazon (most important)

  • Shopify (or another DTC platform)

  • Exceptional Attention to Detail : Top 5% ability to spot errors and maintain consistency across all work.

  • High Standards & Drive for Improvement: Commitment to continually raising quality standards through mentoring and self-learning.

  • Excellent Self-Organisation: Proactive in managing priorities, meeting deadlines, and communicating early about changes.

  • Strong Written Communication Skills: Ability to write and format content to a high standard, with a good eye for presentation and visuals.

  • Self-Learner & Resourceful Problem-Solver – Proactive, independent, and enthusiastic about overcoming challenges.

  • Fluent English: Impeccable written and spoken skills.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with:

  • Notion (Kanban boards, tables, pages)

  • Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets)

  • AI tools (Grok, Gemini, ChatGPT) - including prompt creation and use

  • Shopify, Wordpress, Amazon Seller Central

  • Systems-Oriented Mindset: Ability to consistently follow, refine, and build on internal systems and workflows.

  • Strong Research Skills: Able to find and verify high-quality information beyond basic searches.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology).

  • Copywriting Skills: Formal experience or solid understanding of persuasive writing.

  • Additional Languages: German, Spanish, Italian, French, Arabic.

  • Visual Content Skills: Ability to review and ensure the quality of images, infographics, and videos.
