YOUR ROLE

Position Overview

Your mission is simple: Convert our clients email subscribers into buyers. You will take care of their multiple weekly and monthly emails to convert sales, build their flows, write highly-converting copy, strategize campaign sending, strategically focus on segmentation, handle weekly client calls and check-ins, and send weekly and monthly reports.

Account Ownership

  1. Manage up to six client accounts

  2. Oversee each account’s email strategy and execution

  3. Hold primary responsibility for client communication

  4. Lead weekly or biweekly calls when needed

  5. Report on performance, insights and recommendations

Campaign and Flow Execution

  1. Own the full process from strategy to performance review

  2. Write copy and produce clear copy briefs

  3. Create visual briefs for designers and guide creative direction

  4. Implement campaigns inside Klaviyo

  5. Build, optimize and maintain all core flows

  6. Ensure deliverability best practices and correct segmentation

  7. Conduct QA across all emails before they go live

Team Collaboration

  1. Communicate daily with designers and copywriters

    • Delegate tasks clearly with complete briefs

  2. Maintain project timelines and ensure deadlines are met

  3. Collaborate with internal email strategists on improvements

Our Ideal Candidate

Highly Experienced

  1. At least two years of hands-on Klaviyo experience

  2. Previously managed lists of 30,000 subscribers or more

  3. Experience managing a minimum of five D2C CPG brands

Capable of copy

We want someone who understands the principles of copywriting and can write emails that don't sound generic, and that do NOT rely on AI. Are you able to educate? Are you able to carry the brand voice? Are you able to sell the solution instead of just the product?
