Manager, Account Management

We’re looking for an experienced Manager of Account Management to join our Revenue team. Reporting to the VP, Sales Operations, you’ll be leading our team of talented Account Managers to achieve their add-on sales targets for existing MealSuite clients.
A day in the life as a Manager, Account Management:
Lead and motivate a team of account managers to achieve annual sales targets
Develop and implement strategies to drive upsells and add-on sales
Support and assist the Account Management team in identifying growth opportunities
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth customer hand-offs and experiences
Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Customer Success and the Support team for on-going alignment and seamless working relationships between teams
Monitor team performance and implement improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Conduct regular team meetings
Lead the hiring process for new account managers as MealSuite continues to grow
Provide ongoing coaching and training
Prepare and present reports on team performance
Drive team compliance with Salesforce reporting and other tools
If the below describes your knowledge, experience and character, this role could be for you:
I have knowledge of SaaS solutions within the Healthcare or Senior Living industry
I gained my knowledge through direct experience in an inside sales leadership role
I have experience with complex HealthTech or foodservice software systems
I’m familiar with reseller business models
I’m exceptional at problem solving
I have a proven ability to lead teams to achieve their annual sales goals
I’m willing to occasionally travel and have a valid passport and no travel restrictions that limit my ability to cross the border between Canada and the USA
I thrive in an agile environment that is constantly changing and encourages team members to collectively collaborate and communicate
I love to be directly involved in projects and initiatives that offer continued learning and endless opportunity to express my ideas and build my leadership skills

We are open to hiring remote employees but please note that this role will require up to 20% travel across the continental US with occasional travel to Canada.
