
Account Manager / Business Developer
Responsibilities
Provider Relationship Management
‍
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with ground transportation providers
‍
• Serve as the primary point of contact for provider inquiries, issues, and escalations
‍
• Collaborate with providers to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges
‍
Contract Negotiation and Management
‍
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with ground transportation providers
‍
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and performance metrics
‍
• Regularly review and update agreements to align with changing business needs
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
‍
• Monitor provider performance, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
‍
• Generate and analyze performance reports, identifying areas for improvement
‍
• Work closely with providers to address and resolve performance issues.
Provider Onboarding and Training
‍
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new providers, ensuring they understand our technology and business requirements
‍
Cross-functional Collaboration
‍
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations,product development, and sales, to align provider relationships with business goals
‍
• Act as a bridge between providers and our organization, conveying feedback and requests effectively
Requirements
Experience
‍
• 3+ years in sales, account management, or related fields
‍
• Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
‍
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
‍
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
‍
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
‍
• Data-driven decision-making abilities and proficiency in data analysis tools
Nice to Have:
‍
• Bachelor's degree in business, economicsciences/accounting, or a related field
‍
• Cultural familiarity or prior experience with the APAC/LatAm market transportation, or mobility industry
‍
•Understanding oflocal business practices, consumer behavior, and market dynamics in the regionis a plus
‍
•SQL skills

About the role
• The job is full-time, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
• You'll be employed as a contractor, so you'll have all the flexibility you need
• We offer 4 paid weeks off
