Brand Design Lead

As Optimism grows, our brand identity and messaging play a crucial role in shaping the story of our technology, and we’re looking for a talented Brand Design Lead to bring our story to life.

What are the role responsibilities?

  • Work closely with product marketing leads to visualize our product stories

  • Develop reusable, modular design kits to support high output marketing campaigns

  • Design engaging landing pages

  • Evolve and maintain Optimism’s brand library

What skills do you bring?

  • 3+ years of visual design experience: previous experience in a brand or marketing-oriented design role.

  • Strong design fundamentals: proficiency in layout, spacing, typography, and the use of negative space to create visually compelling designs.

  • Marketing collaboration: experience executing brand-aligned assets and landing pages that drive engagement and align with broader marketing goals.

  • Adaptability to brand guidelines: ability to work within an established brand guide while contributing to its evolution, ensuring consistency across a variety of brand touchpoints.

  • Basic illustration: ability to translate preproduced concept illustration into vector.

  • Proficiency with design tools: Adobe Creative Suite and Figma experience are required for this role

  • Web3 experience is a plus!
