Account Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for growth. This role involves working closely with various internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive client satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing strategies to improve client retention, increase account revenue, and maintain a high level of client engagement. 

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Account Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients, driving revenue growth within the account.

Problem Resolution: Address any client issues or concerns promptly, working with internal teams to find effective solutions and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Reporting and Analysis: Monitor account performance, provide regular reports to clients, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to develop strategies that align with their business goals and help them achieve their objectives.

Contract Management: Oversee contract renewals, negotiations, and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time.

Client Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of services provided.

Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to improve our products, services, and overall customer experience.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
