As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for all stages of the sales process, from prospecting to closing, while collaborating with the internal team and an ecosystem of partners to reach individual and company goals. You will build positive, trusted relationships with team members and customers.
You will use your skills to develop opportunities, through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery calls, demos, POVs, negotiating, and closing new business.
Generate pipeline by prospecting to e-commerce merchants processing $25-100M+ in annual GMV.
Multi-thread across the organization.
Facilitate high-quality discovery calls to identify customer pain points.
Understand customer needs and effectively communicate how Rally will meet those needs.
Develop and deliver customized sales presentations and product demonstrations, via online demos or in person.
Understand customer use cases and how to sell across different industries and multiple stakeholders.
Run successful POV (proof of value): work with solutions engineers, and identify success criteria.
Rapidly learn the checkout market and Rally products.
Experienced in sales methodologies such as Challenger or Force Management.
Prove and refine a next-generation sales approach for the growing Sales team.
Help refine messaging and positioning to best support sales.
Inform the product roadmap to unlock faster growth.
Collaborate effectively and engage various pre/post sales resources including SDRs, Solutions Engineers, Partner Account Managers, as well as Legal, Security, and Customer Support.
Use CRM for lead management and sales forecast.
7+ years SaaS sales experience, first EAE in the company a plus
Experience in the e-commerce industry
Proven success with prospecting, developing leads, managing complex sales cycles, and closing deals in mid-market or enterprise accounts
Demonstrated ability to over-achieve quotas (top 10% of the company) in past positions
Experienced in sales methodologies such as Challenger or Force Management
Willingness to learn and ramp up quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
