Senior Product Marketing

Opportunity & Impact

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product adoption and market growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Sales Ops, and Customer Success, to ensure our products meet customer needs and exceed market expectations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Product Positioning: Develop and articulate clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Create and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing initiatives.

  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality marketing content, including product collateral, case studies, whitepapers, and blog posts that communicate product benefits and value propositions.

  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales tools, presentations, and training materials that enhance product knowledge and drive sales performance.

  • Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to product development and marketing.

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and prospects to gather feedback, insights, and testimonials that inform marketing strategies and enhance product offerings.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, specifically in the Payor and Provider industry.

  • Experience in the healthcare technology industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.

  • Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for understanding customer needs and market dynamics.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Background in working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

  • Experience in B2B marketing or working with enterprise-level products.

  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles and digital advertising.

  • Previous experience in a startup or high-growth company.

$143,000 - $175,000 a year

Compensation:  The base salary range for this position is expected to be between $143,000 - $175,000 per year.  *The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The actual offer may vary depending on multiple factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to the level of job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, education/certification, and interview assessment.

Please note that the compensation details listed above reflect the base salary only, and do not include incentive pay, equity, or benefits.
