Revive Media is hiring a self-motivated Account Manager to join our Strategy team.
At Revive, we’ve built our own proprietary technology platform that powers high-performance campaigns across Amazon, DV360, and other major channels. As an Account Manager, you’ll work directly with our top-tier channel partners, empowering them to unlock the full potential of our platform and drive outsized growth for the brands they serve. You thrive where operational precision, partner revenue acceleration, proactive opportunity identification, and exceptional partner collaboration come together.
You bring strong attention to detail, relentless problem-solving, and a natural ability to spot growth opportunities. Above all, your motivation is internal: you’re an independent self-starter who finds deep satisfaction in enabling partners to succeed, improving how things work, driving measurable revenue impact, and helping the ecosystem scale.
This is an external-facing role with direct responsibility for some of Revive’s most strategic channel partner relationships. You’ll collaborate with a tight-knit, high-performing team and grow alongside cutting-edge technology and ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
Deliver proactive day-to-day support, strategic guidance, and flawless execution for key channel partners
Identify and eliminate friction points, improve partner workflows, and implement scalable solutions
Quickly escalate and resolve issues to maintain high partner satisfaction and momentum
Work closely with Media Operations, Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to continuously strengthen platform capabilities and partner experience
Respond to partner needs with speed, accuracy, and exceptional service
Partner Revenue Growth & Influence
Drive partner revenue growth through smarter campaign optimizations, strategic expansions, and surfacing incremental spend opportunities
Support partner renewals and expansion conversations with clear, data-backed insights and performance analysis
Proactively identify and pursue new revenue potential for partners (new tactics, audiences, products, verticals, etc.)
Deliver actionable campaign insights and recommendations to partners and internal stakeholders
Opportunity Discovery + Sales Enablement
Spot expansion opportunities, recurring patterns, emerging use cases, and platform/feature ideas that help partners grow
Partner closely with Sales to qualify, prioritize, and activate these opportunities with supporting data and context
Serve as a trusted voice that helps the broader team capitalize on partner growth potential early
Content & Insights Contribution
Provide performance data, partner success examples, and strategic insights for presentations, webinars, case studies, marketing materials, and thought leadership
Help communicate the unique value of Revive’s platform and how it enables partners to scale
What We’re Looking For:
Proven self-starter with excellent time management and a bias for action
Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into clear, compelling partner recommendations
Genuine passion for media strategy and helping partners achieve ambitious growth goals
Excellent communication and collaboration skills — especially when working with senior partner stakeholders and cross-functional teams (including Sales)

Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in digital advertising Account Management or a similar role
Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
Ability to work within a highly collaborative, dynamic environmentMotivated individual with a positive attitude who can consistently strive to exceed expectations
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to legally work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong interest in the digital media/advertising space
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills
Adept at solving problems that span business and technology
The ability to influence process improvements that scale broadly while inventing and simplifying within existing processes
Understanding of digital media ad serving, technology, and associated terminology
Experience working at (or closely with) top-tier media companies, agencies, DSPs, or performance-focused channel partners — or equivalent account/client management experience on the brand side with deep collaboration alongside media/agency teams
