About the role

We are looking for a Real Estate Virtual Assistant who will help clients in our private mentorship with day to day tasks of buying real estate and/or assisting them with managing their existing portfolios.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a Customer Service position or similar roles.

  • Proficiency in G-Suite, Line2App, and Zoom.

  • Excellent English language and communication skills.

Bonus:

  • Previous experience in the real estate sector.

What to Expect:

  • Work closely with Karen, the Portfolio Manager and Riley Oickle the owner of the company.

  • Full time work - Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day

  • Flexible working hours: ideally, you would start working between 9 AM — 11 AM EST. Your time zone must be within 3 hours or less of Eastern Standard Time (Toronto).

  • Have a 30-minute morning call check-in/debrief call Monday to Friday

  • We will introduce and have you assist real estate investors with tasks required to buy and manage property. 

  • You’ll keep the properties operating by: 

    • Responding to the long term tenants and short term guest questions / enquiries. Communicating with management and property owners. 

    • Handling re-rentals, notices, adverts and repairs etc.

    • Look for new investment opportunities
