Growth Manager – Paid Campaign

We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager who can:

– Lead marketing budget allocation and ROI analysis for paid social, SEM, SEO, Amazon Sponsored Ads, and Programmatic against subscriber and revenue goals
– Define attribution and optimization opportunities by channel to reach desired CPA
– Meet and review performances of each paid channel with the responsible team member weekly (remote)
– Reach growth goals
– Ensure a cohesive strategy across channels
– Stay on top of latest trends and opportunities in digital marketing

Requirements:

-experience with Google ads, social media ads, amazon ads, and programmatic
-experience managing a team
