Clinical Outreach Ambassador

About The Role

Sandstone Care is a nationally recognized organization that offers a continuum of care for adolescents and young adults struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our mission is to inspire hope and empower change through our innovative and comprehensive approach that addresses the individual, family, and community.

As a Clinical Outreach Ambassador, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources, such as managed care organizations, national providers, therapists, schools, and other community partners. You will also coordinate and lead educational and promotional events to raise awareness of Sandstone Care’s services and programs. Additionally, you will support the discharge and aftercare planning needs for our clients and their families as needed.

This is a full-time remote position that requires some evening and weekend hours to provide the services needed. You will also need to travel around the Chicagoland area as needed to meet with potential and existing referral partners and attend events. The annual salary range for this position is $63,000-93,000, based on your experience and qualifications. 

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • You have experience in the mental health, behavioral health, and/or substance use field in an outreach or business development role.

  • You have previous experience in marketing and/or outreach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • You have discharge planning experience.

  • You have business development experience.

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

  • You are highly self-motivated, very organized, detail-oriented, personable, outgoing, and collaborative.
