Seer is a remote-first agency and a Certified B-Corp, with team members across the country. If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in our HQ office in Philadelphia. We can only consider candidates based in the US who can work continental US-based hours.
The Role:
As Seerâs founding Senior Account Executive, youâll be at the forefront of Seerâs growthâowning the hunt for new business and building lasting relationships with enterprise prospects. Youâll navigate complex sales cycles with confidence, from first outreach to final signature, laser-focused on net new logos, while positioning Seer as a strategic partner that drives meaningful business outcomes. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who loves the chase, thrives in ambiguity, and knows how to turn opportunity into closed revenue.
Role Highlights:
đ Pipeline Generation
Youâll proactively identify, target, and engage high-value accountsâusing tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI prospecting platforms to spark interest and build relationships. Youâll build and maintain relationship maps that help you navigate complex org structures and engage multiple stakeholders throughout the sales cycle. Through your curated network and strong consultative, value-add strategic approach to building relationships you will fill your funnel with qualified leads that align with Seerâs ICPâand youâll be expected to maintain at least 3x pipeline coverage to hit revenue goals with confidence.
đ¤ Sales Execution
Youâll run the full sales cycle like a proâfrom first discovery to final signature. That means guiding strategic conversations, aligning stakeholders, building custom proposals, and handling objections with confidence. Youâll also build strong internal relationships, knowing when and how to bring in Seerâs subject matter experts across SEO, Paid Media, Analytics, Creative and AI to elevate your pitches and drive strategic alignment. Youâll help prospects see Seer not as a vendor, but as an extension of their team.
đ° Revenue & Forecast Management
Youâll own a $3M annual net new business quota, with clear accountability for deal velocity, forecast accuracy, and CRM hygiene. Youâll know how to move deals forward efficiently without compromising on fit or value. Youâll work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs, strong onboarding, and long-term client success.
đ¤ Brand & Market Presence
Youâll represent Seer out in the wildâon calls, on panels, at conferences, or in client activationsâbringing thought leadership around digital marketing, AI trends, SEO, paid media, creative and analytics. Youâll use what you learn in-market to bring fresh insights back into the sales process and contribute to strategic positioning.
đ§ Essential Skills
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of sourcing and closing six figure+ deals
Digital marketing fluency requiredâyou understand SEO, paid media, analytics, creative and AI, and know how to translate those capabilities into business outcomes
Agency experience strongly preferred, especially if youâve sold services in a consultative or project-based environment
Demonstrated success selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations, including the ability to engage senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders
Proven track record of sourcing and closing at least $3M in net-new annual revenue, ideally through a mix of outbound, relationship-driven, and strategic sales efforts
Proficient in prospecting tools and sales platforms, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, HubSpot (or similar CRM), and AI-powered enablement tools
Strategic sales approachâyou build custom solutions, multithread across complex orgs, and guide consultative conversations that align to big-picture goals
Disciplined with deal velocity and forecastingâyou keep your CRM clean, your forecast accurate, and your sales motion efficient
Collaborative and resourcefulâyou build strong internal relationships to bring in subject matter experts and elevate your pitches
â What Success Looks Like After 90 Days
You've already begun to build a healthy pipeline with 1x coverage against your quarterly quota, primarily through outbound and early stage relationship building
Youâve conducted 10 discovery calls with enterprise prospects, successfully driving several into mid-funnel stages with tailored proposals or next-step alignment.
Youâve mapped key internal relationships at Seer, building trust with subject matter experts across divisions and collaborating on at least one multi-stakeholder pitch.
Youâve demonstrated strong CRM discipline, maintaining accurate pipeline data and a reliable forecast that reflects real deal velocity and progress.
Youâve immersed yourself in Seerâs positioning and value props, confidently communicating our digital marketing, AI, and analytics capabilities in early prospect conversations.
$175,000 - $200,000 a year
OTE: $175k - 200k, consisting of base salary and variable commission. Compensation increases each year based on performance.
