What you’ll do when you get here:

  • Communicate and negotiate with carriers daily

  • Manage book of business to achieve sales targets

  • Reach and exceed the required load coverage, app percentage, and margin goals

 

What you need to have:

  • 5+ years experience in a carrier sales/brokerage position

  • Familiarity with TMS systems

  • Strong work ethic with desire to succeed

  • An understanding of freight markets

  • An understanding of equipment requirements and transportation regulations

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

  • Clear, confident communication and technical skills

  • BA/BS degree

  • Bilingual

---The Base Salary Range for this role is between $50,000 - $65,000 including Variable Compensation based on Years of Experience, Skillset, and Location.
