Mission

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented B2B Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. As a B2B Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by optimizing our marketing strategies, analyzing data, and providing valuable insights. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of marketing, including paid advertising, user segmentation, personae analysis, market and competitive analysis, traffic source segmentation, ROI analysis, and marketing and sales funnel analysis. Your ability to derive actionable recommendations from data will be instrumental in shaping our marketing initiatives and driving positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of paid advertising campaigns to assess their performance, identify areas of improvement, and optimize ROI.

  • Utilize user segmentation and persona analysis to identify target audiences, understand their needs and behaviors, and develop personalized marketing strategies.

  • Perform comprehensive market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats. Provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

  • Monitor and analyze data from Google Analytics and other relevant platforms to evaluate website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates. Identify opportunities for improvement and propose data-driven solutions.

  • Conduct traffic source segmentation analysis to identify the most effective channels for lead generation and customer acquisition.

  • Evaluate the ROI of marketing campaigns and lead acquisition efforts. Develop and implement metrics and reporting systems to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing activities.

  • Analyze the marketing and sales funnel to identify bottlenecks, drop-off points, and opportunities for optimization. Recommend strategies to improve conversion rates and maximize customer retention.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align strategies and implement business recommendations.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B marketing analytics. Continuously improve data collection methods, analytical models, and reporting techniques.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing analytics, preferably in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and SQL.

  • Experience and expertise with HubSpot is required

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

  • Solid understanding of paid advertising platforms, segmentation strategies, persona analysis, market and competitive analysis, and marketing and sales funnel concepts.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.

  • Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Self-motivated and curious with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
