The SMB Team is the fastest-growing digital marketing and coaching business for attorneys nationwide and we are looking for a Demand Gen Funnel Builder to join our team!

The Funnel Builder will be responsible for creating and optimizing high-performing landing pages and marketing/sales funnels that support all marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for designing, building, automating, managing projects, and analyzing landing pages and funnels to maximize conversions while meeting deadlines. By employing a strategic and detail-oriented professional, we aim to elevate our digital presence and drive measurable company success.

The salary for this role is $75,000 - $80,000 annually.

Responsibilities:

  • Landing Page Creation:

    • Design and build high-converting landing pages and sales funnels using tools like ClickFunnels, HubSpot or Perspective.

    • Collaborate with the design team to ensure visually appealing and brand-aligned pages.

    • Craft strong copy that aligns with the campaign strategy and results in conversions

    • Partner with team members on landing page creation for websites.

    • Work with the team and create processes to QA pages after they’re created so we can ensure quick, high-quality launches and updates.

    • Create a great customer experience by creating and coordinating messaging that fits with the objectives and with the level of law firm owner.

  • Automation Integration:

    • Implement and connect automation tools using Zapier for seamless lead tracking and nurturing.

    • Integrate funnels with HubSpot CRM, tracking, and ad tools as needed.

    • Build forms using tools like HubSpot, Jotform, and others to conditionally move the right leads down the right path in our funnels.

  • Project Management:

    • Work within detailed project plans to guide the timeline and deliverables of each funnel.

    • Track progress, address bottlenecks, and ensure timely completion of all tasks.

  • Optimization and Reporting:

    • Continuously A/B test funnels to maximize conversion rates.

    • Monitor performance metrics and prepare weekly reports on funnel effectiveness.

    • Weekly analysis of funnel performance to give us insights into what’s working and what’s not.

    • Leverage tools, such asClarity, to continuously optimize 

    • Use AI to analyze our funnels and optimize the funnel creation and optimization process.

    • Stay abreast of landing page and funnel best practices, bringing innovation to SMB Team in order to optimize results

  • Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to align funnel goals with broader campaign objectives.

    • Work with our ads buyer to ensure that ads and funnels are working together to maximize performance.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for funnel-related projects.

    • Update the team when new changes are made and how this will impact our results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in funnel building, digital marketing, or a related field- ideally B2B

  • Demonstrable experience with tools such as ClickFunnels, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or Perspective.

  • Strong project management skills, ability to multitask, and attention to meeting deadlines.

  • Proficiency in integrating marketing automation tools (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot, Slack).

  • A keen eye for design and usability, with familiarity in working alongside designers.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing marketing campaigns and driving strategy from learnings

  • Must have experience building landing pages and funnels with a proven track record of successful projects.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Self-starter who takes initiative and is comfortable working autonomously

  • Team player who thrives in collaborative environments.

  • Skilled in crafting effective messaging to drive high conversions.

  • Experienced using current AI tools,  and a passion to continue to row AI usage and adaption

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
