
Jr. Account Manager
Position Overview:
We’re looking for an energetic, self-motivator with big ideas and a can-do spirit. It is essential that the Jr. Account Manager has a deep understanding of the social media landscape, is able to work well under pressure, and has a constant desire to find strategic solutions to unforeseen challenges.
The Jr. Account Manager is an entry level position at STN Digital. The primary purpose of the position is to ensure the Accounts department provides world-class customer service to every STN Digital client. Day to day tasks may vary.
Due to sports and entertainment being a 24/7, 365 industry, this is not your normal 9-5. If you’re willing to put in the hours, contribute to a passionate team and work with awesome clients, this job is for you!
Responsibilities:
Client Data & Assets
Ensure all client internal documentation is up-to-date
Assist with pulling image assets, time codes, etc. for various creative projects
Help manage social content calendars and budget tracking spreadsheets
Tag all STN content posted by clients in social analytics tool
Pull social analytics as assigned
Administrative
Take thorough notes in client meetings
Monitor shared team inbox
Maintain production schedules and project deadlines
Department Materials
Assist in preparation of strategy and pitch decks
Draft creative briefs for internal teams as needed
Produce creative project recap presentations
Live Coverage
Assist STN team with live coverage events; tasks include but are not limited to:
Posting on social channels
Community management
Copywriting
Identifying social-friendly moments
Innovation
Help ideate/brainstorm for client projects
Constantly take inventory of STN’s current resources and seek opportunities to increase efficiency
Keep a pulse on the latest industry-related tech & software trends
Identify first-to-market opportunities
