JOB SUMMARY
Our Client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in streamlining sales processes, managing client interactions, and ensuring efficient operations. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for contributing to the success of a dynamic sales team.
OVERVIEW OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts using relevant software (e.g., PandaDoc, Microsoft Office Suite).
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot), updating client information, tracking leads, and monitoring sales pipeline progress.
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, strategy, project management) to ensure alignment on
sales opportunities and client needs.
Prepare sales reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and assist in forecasting sales
revenue.
Respond to client inquiries, provide timely information, and ensure a positive customer
experience.
Assist in outreach efforts, including email campaigns and lead nurturing activities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Sales Assistant or similar administrative role, preferably within a creative or digital agency environment.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot), document management tools (e.g., PandaDoc), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with
clients and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting
deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with project management tools and systems.
Familiarity with sales methodologies and best practices.
The position will be 100% remote, and candidates must have adequate computer equipment to
complete their job responsibilities as well as attend video calls as needed.
Must provide a case study or sample work
Able to adapt to fast paced environments
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
C1 or C2 level english
