JOB TITLE: Sales Assistant

JOB SUMMARY

Our Client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in streamlining sales processes, managing client interactions, and ensuring efficient operations. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for contributing to the success of a dynamic sales team.

OVERVIEW OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts using relevant software (e.g., PandaDoc, Microsoft Office Suite).

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot), updating client information, tracking leads, and monitoring sales pipeline progress.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, strategy, project management) to ensure alignment on

    sales opportunities and client needs.

  • Prepare sales reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and assist in forecasting sales

    revenue.

  • Respond to client inquiries, provide timely information, and ensure a positive customer

    experience.

  • Assist in outreach efforts, including email campaigns and lead nurturing activities.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Sales Assistant or similar administrative role, preferably within a creative or digital agency environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot), document management tools (e.g., PandaDoc), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with

    clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting

    deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with project management tools and systems.

  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and best practices.

  • The position will be 100% remote, and candidates must have adequate computer equipment to

    complete their job responsibilities as well as attend video calls as needed.

  • Must provide a case study or sample work

  • Able to adapt to fast paced environments

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • C1 or C2 level english
