The Role
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Strategist and Content Creator who is passionate about building personal brands and driving B2B engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing engaging, high-quality content similar to the styles of Gary Vaynerchuk and Alex Hormozi, with a focus on industries like insurance, finance, or real estate. You’ll be responsible for crafting a cohesive social media strategy, creating compelling content, editing multimedia, and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for B2B marketing and personal brand building.
Content Creation: Create engaging and impactful content (text, image, video, etc.) tailored for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Video Editing: Edit high-quality videos designed for storytelling, value-driven content, and audience engagement, maintaining a consistent style inspired by Gary Vaynerchuk and Alex Hormozi.
Brand Building: Help build and amplify personal brands for key executives, leveraging their expertise to position them as thought leaders in the insurance space.
Analytics and Reporting: Track key metrics to evaluate campaign success and refine strategies for optimal performance.
Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices for B2B social media marketing.
Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to align content strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, and B2B marketing.
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in insurance, finance, real estate, or similar industries is highly preferred.
Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing work that aligns with the styles of Gary Vaynerchuk and Alex Hormozi, including examples of B2B content and personal brand building.
Skills:
Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Capcut, or similar).
Proficiency with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
Strong copywriting skills for crafting captions, posts, and long-form content.
Deep understanding of LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and their respective algorithms.
Ability to create data-driven strategies and optimize content for engagement and growth.
Mindset:
Creative and innovative thinker with a proactive attitude, and has the ability to manage up to the C-suite.
Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about storytelling, branding, and driving results.
