
Account Manager
Job Function & KPIs
Job Functions:
Serve as client’s primary point of contact with the agency
Review content strategy prior to presenting to client
Conduct discovery workshop to determine goals + needs
Sell retainers and projects for those clients
Onboard clients once project is sold
Communicate with clients regularly to maintain alignment
Performance Will Be Measured By:
Number of bugs and errors identified post-launch.
Thoroughness in identifying design inconsistencies and functional errors.
Ability to meet project deadlines.
Effectiveness in communicating feedback to the team.
Improvements suggested to QA processes.
Required Skills & Experience
Required:
2+ years of account management
2+ years of B2B sales experience
Deep knowledge of Copywriting, Brand Strategy, and Digital Marketing
Deep knowledge of User Experience / User Journeys
Helpful, but not required:
Knowledge of web accessibility standards.
Understanding of SEO best practices.
Slight knowledge of web development
Slight knowledge of design
Compensation Structure
Full time, salaried + ascension and retention bonuses for your clients.
Total compensation will range from $5000-$8000 per month
Other Details
Must be a fluent English speaker.
Must be based in North, Central, or South America for optimal time zone alignment.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
