Account Manager

Job Function & KPIs

Job Functions:

  • Serve as client’s primary point of contact with the agency

  • Review content strategy prior to presenting to client

  • Conduct discovery workshop to determine goals + needs

  • Sell retainers and projects for those clients 

  • Onboard clients once project is sold

  • Communicate with clients regularly to maintain alignment

Performance Will Be Measured By:

  • Number of bugs and errors identified post-launch.

  • Thoroughness in identifying design inconsistencies and functional errors.

  • Ability to meet project deadlines.

  • Effectiveness in communicating feedback to the team.

  • Improvements suggested to QA processes.

Required Skills & Experience

Required:

  • 2+ years of account management 

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience

  • Deep knowledge of Copywriting, Brand Strategy, and Digital Marketing 

  • Deep knowledge of User Experience / User Journeys 

Helpful, but not required:

  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards.

  • Understanding of SEO best practices.

  • Slight knowledge of web development

  • Slight knowledge of design 

Compensation Structure

Full time, salaried + ascension and retention bonuses for your clients.

Total compensation will range from $5000-$8000 per month

Other Details

  • Must be a fluent English speaker.

  • Must be based in North, Central, or South America for optimal time zone alignment.

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
