About the role

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to lead our US regional sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be a passionate, self-motivated individual who can operate independently in the region, while collaborating closely with our global business team in the UK. Technical blockchain knowledge and demonstrable relationships in the region are a must.

This is an exciting and high potential opportunity for someone who has a strong interest in digital assets and is looking to gain wider experience in institutional sales within a very dynamic web3/crypto space.

What you will contribute:

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities in the region across several client types; through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media

  • Generating business from existing and new clients and taking responsibility for achieving a level of revenue growth from client portfolio

  • Building long term, mutually beneficial, proactive and service-led relationships for all clients

  • Increasing Twinstake’s presence and brand recognition in North America

  • Collecting product feedback from clients and sharing with the Product team

  • Conduct thorough research to understand potential clients' needs and tailor sales approaches accordingly

  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals

  • Maintain and update CRM systems to manage client interactions and sales pipeline

  • Collaborate with the current sales team as well as other functions to develop and implement effective sales strategies

  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to effectively position our services in the market

What you bring:

  • Solid experience in Blockchain / DeFi / Web3, with technical understanding of different protocols and staking

  • Strong network of relationships with mix of clients across VCs, asset managers, exchanges, family offices, etc.

  • Demonstrable track record of initiating, managing & monetizing relationships with clients or partners, e.g., examples of acquiring institutional clients, driving business results with clients & partners, drafting documentations & agreements;

  • Strong entrepreneurial skills and a natural ability to spot opportunities for revenue generation

  • Experience working in a results oriented or sales environment

  • Ability to perform individually and as part of a high performing team

  • High energy, you are passionate and you enjoy being challenged

  • Some experience with Hubspot or similar CRM application is a plus

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities

  • Some exposure of working in a start-up environment or have a passion to work in a start-up would be preferred
