About Us

UNFOLD is an award-winning digital creative agency based in Los Angeles, partnering with some of the world’s most dynamic entertainment and brand clients. We create culturally relevant, digitally driven work that connects audiences and brands across platforms.

The Role

Our Media team is seeking an experienced Influencer Manager to support the day-to-day management of influencer requests and client needs for a film studio account. With a strong understanding of influencer marketing, entertainment campaigns, and creator operations, you will help drive execution, maintain organization across moving pieces, and ensure client priorities are handled efficiently.

The ideal candidate brings experience managing creator programs, talent coordination, and campaign workflows in a fast-paced entertainment, agency, or media environment. You are comfortable translating client asks into action, collaborating across internal and external teams, and keeping timelines, communications, and deliverables on track.

In this role, you will play a hands-on executional role across influencer planning, outreach support, creator coordination, approvals, and reporting. You will work closely with client stakeholders, internal account teams, and external partners to support smooth campaign delivery. Because this role focuses heavily on responsiveness and coordination, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work EST hours are essential.

Here’s What You’ll Do

  • Support day-to-day influencer campaign execution for a film studio client.

  • Manage incoming client requests and translate them into clear next steps.

  • Coordinate influencer outreach, onboarding, approvals, and deliverable tracking.

  •  Maintain timelines, status documents, campaign calendars, and internal updates.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams on creative, social, legal, and reporting needs.

  • Communicate with creators, agents, and partners to keep projects moving smoothly.

  • Help track campaign performance, content delivery, and post-campaign recaps.

Here’s What It Takes

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent relations.

  • Entertainment experience in film, streaming, television, or studio marketing strongly preferred.

  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and approvals across active campaigns.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, project management tools, and influencer tracking platforms.

  • Availability to work fully remote during EST business hours.

  • Freelance experience or comfort working in a contract-based, fast-moving environment is preferred.
