Sales Executive (m/f/d)

ALLPLAN enables architecture, engineering, and construction professionals to transform project delivery by connecting teams and data throughout the entire lifecycle. We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to convert both company-supplied and self-generated leads into high-value customer accounts, leveraging your B2B software sales experience and our leading BIM solutions for strong rewards. You’ll use your communication skills and integrity to influence decision-makers, identify client needs, and show how ALLPLAN enhances workflows and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify, target, and engage prospective clients to drive new logo acquisition within defined verticals and territories

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, conducting needs assessments to ensure strong alignment with ideal customer profiles

  • Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns using a mix of cold calling, email, social selling, and networking

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to prospect pain points and business objectives

  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers throughout the sales cycle

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition and ROI of solutions, addressing objections and differentiating from competitors

  • Manage the complete sales process from initial contact through negotiation and close, ensuring a seamless handoff to onboarding teams

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasted opportunities in our CRM system

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and identify new market opportunities

  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging customer needs to inform sales strategies and positioning

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2–5 years of experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ideally as part of a full-cycle inside sales team within a SaaS, BIM, or design software company.

  • Proven track record in SaaS sales, preferred but nor required within architecture, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or related project-based industries.

  • Strong self-discipline and proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM/business tools to plan, track, and document engagement with prospects and clients.

  • Demonstrated ability to craft and deliver compelling proposals, negotiate value, address client objections, and successfully close deals.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Technical aptitude and willingness to develop a thorough understanding of ALLPLAN’s BIM platform and the competitive landscape.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to take initiative on new projects and responsibilities as they arise.

  • Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and a pleasure to work with in a team environment.
