Key Account Manager - International

Our head office is located in Germany, and we are looking for a motivated colleague abroad to serve our Spanish and English-speaking clients.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • As part of the customer care, you help with the repatriation of patients back home

  • Calculation, booking and organization of aircraft operations in the air ambulance and private customer sector worldwide

  • Work in a highly exciting environment with daily interesting projects and new challenges

  • Providing independent consultation and support to customers

  • Holistic, independent order processing (conception, planning, realization)

  • Building and expanding a new partner network

  • Market observation and competitive analysis

  • Multilingual project responsibility in sales management

Skills and Qualifications:

  • You are resilient, working under high pressure is no problem for you

  • A sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a team

  • Convincing demeanour

  • Communication and assertiveness

  • C2-level (near-native) in two or more of: English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, Arabic, or Turkish

  • High level of motivation

  • Thorough working method

  • International affinity

  • Work on self-employed basis

  • Professional experience in the medical or aviation sector would be an advantage, but not a “must”

  • Willingness to work shifts and weekends
