Senior Strategist, Business Development

VIVA Creative seeks a Senior Strategist, Business Development with the following requirements:

MUST HAVE LIVE EVENTS EXPERIENCE IN ADDITION TO:

  • 6+ years of net new sales experience with average deal size in the mid to high six figures.

  • Varied book of business across Client industries

  • Hunter mentality with a splash of competitive spirit

Responsibilities

  • Develop and close new business opportunities to drive revenue for VIVA Creative

  • Cultivate new Client relationships and networking connections driven towards new business opportunities and partnerships

  • Works closely with leadership team to develop VIVA’s new business acquisition strategy

  • Regular reporting on activity, pipeline status and revenue projections

  • Create and execute an action plan to successfully achieve VIVA’s new business acquisition strategy, including client acquisition and revenue targets.

  • Identify quarterly Client outreach targets that support VIVA’s new business strategy

  • Lead in-person and virtual pitches to senior and C-suite level Client teams

  • Work closely with cross functional leaders and colleagues to leverage VIVA talent from across the agency for outstanding proposal responses related initiatives

  • Shares regular updates and flags with VIVA leadership regarding progress towards revenue targets, outreach highlights, challenges and successes
