What You'll Do
Create raving fans. You thrive on cultivating meaningful relationships with others.
Occasionally work directly with clients to gather information about their industry and audience to inform user experience.
Work directly with the WebStrategies Client Success team to develop and execute clients' HubSpot strategies.
Execute automation and lead gen tactics in HubSpot to increase clients' touchpoints and conversions.
Creating email campaigns
Setting up workflows in HubSpot
Dabbling in custom reporting
Running contact or portal audits
Optimizing CTAs, HubSpot forms, and landing pages
Occasional HubSpot onboardings

2-4 years hands-on HubSpot strategy and inbound marketing experience
A strong understanding for getting inside the mind of the customer
Skilled at making the complicated simple (coach and support customer)
Desire to stay abreast of HubSpot trends and knowledge, keeping up with Academy lessons and bootcamps
Advanced knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub Software and CRM
Working knowledge of HubSpot Sales and Service Hub Software
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics platform
Ability to analyze data to drive recommendations and decisions
Creative, forward-thinking self-starter with an attention to detail and drive to produce consistent and quality work
Superior written and verbal communications skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills
High EQ (emotional intelligence)
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Bonus points for experience with: HubSpot onboarding, HubSpot integrations i.e. SMS tools, email marketing health tool integrations, other CRM integrations (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.), and data hygiene integration tools.

Base salary: $70,000 - $73,000/yr
Additional company bonus opportunities: $7,000 - $9,000/yr
Total earning potential: $77,000-$82,000/yr
