
Business Development Manager
Xfive is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team!

What You’ll Do
Manage the sales cycle: From lead generation and qualification to client communication, offer coordination, and deal closing.
Engage inbound leads: Collaborate with our marketing team, gather project requirements, and build relationships via email, meetings, and LinkedIn.
Understand the business: Get to know the client’s company, identify decision-makers, ask the right questions, and understand their needs to deliver tailored solutions.
Guide project scoping and estimation: Help clients navigate the early stages of project planning.
Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with Marketing, Project Managers, and Technical Leaders to analyze the market, plan campaigns, and create tailored offers.
Re-engage inactive clients: Rekindle relationships, monitor activity, and identify fresh opportunities.
Nurture long-term relationships: Foster partnerships and uncover additional collaboration opportunities.
Shape the role: Propose new ideas and solutions to improve processes and enhance client engagement.
Explore new markets: Extend our reach in regions such as the United States, Europe, and Australia.

Job requirements
Exceptional communication skills in English: C1/C2 level fluency for meaningful discussions with clients.
Proven experience: At least 3 years in Sales, including 1+ years in the IT sector.
Familiarity with tools: Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems. Bonus points for knowledge of sales supporting tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, or marketing automation platforms.
Client-focused mindset: Confidence in engaging decision-makers and guiding them through their procurement process.
Industry knowledge: A background in NGO, healthcare, sustainable energy, publishing, or heavy industry is a plus.
Flexibility: Willingness to meet clients across time zones (that may be outside of your 9 to 5).
Self-starter attitude: Ability to work autonomously, proactiveness, and exceptional communication skills. A sense of humor? That’s a plus, too! 🙂
