About the Role
Zipline’s marketing team is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to help shape and scale our content engine. Reporting to the Head of Content, you’ll drive the programs that matter most: customer stories, webinars, thought leadership, newsletters, and more.
This role is equal parts creator and independent operator: you’ll set direction and produce great work yourself while building the systems and relationships to keep it all running at a high level.
What You’ll Do
Customer Storytelling
Build relationships with Customer Success, Sales, and Account Managers to surface stories
Conduct interviews and manage customer relationships (on-site and virtually)
Shape experiences into polished case studies, testimonials, and narratives
Repurpose stories across blogs, webinars, social, and sales assets
Track resonance and engagement to inform future content
Webinars / Live Events / Presentations
Own webinar strategy and execution, from audience development to production
Repurpose webinars into clips, blog content, newsletters, and social posts
Measure performance (registrations, attendance, engagement) and iterate
Explore new formats such as podcasts or video series
Thought Leadership
Develop content positioning Zipline as a leader in retail operations
Co-own content calendar and align stakeholders on priorities
Partner with demand gen team to strengthen campaigns
Share upcoming campaigns and stories through internal comms
Content Operations & Distribution
Use AI tools to streamline production and repurposing
Build templates, playbooks, and processes for faster content creation
Measure performance across channels and report insights to leadership
Focus on pipeline impact, not vanity metrics
What We Look For
5–7 years in B2B content marketing with a strong portfolio
Excellent writing and editing skills across formats and channels
Strong project management instincts and ability to work independently
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to prioritize effectively
Curiosity about AI and willingness to experiment
Team-first attitude with strong collaboration skills
Nice to Have
Familiarity with frontline teams, retail, retail tech, or B2B SaaS
Hands-on experience with webinar/podcast production, product marketing, SEO
Experience building audiences or communities
Comfort with tools like WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social scheduling platforms
Compensation
Canada Range: $105,568 – $129,028 CAD annually
Adjustments: 5–10% multipliers for higher-cost markets (e.g., U.S. major cities)
