
AdOps Manager/Optimizer
The Role
BroMedia is looking for an Ad Operations Manager to optimize the ad revenue (display and video) for all our sites.
This is a cross-functional role involving ad operations, analysis, troubleshooting, partner management, testing, and optimization.

We are a collective of world experts in real-time data collection, content engagement analysis, and revenue-per-session optimization.
BroMedia currently managed 1.5B+ ad impression per month and plan to grow to 5B.
Our team is the most important part of the business. We have our own unique way of operating - we are a team who works hard and is accountable to each other, we work fast and iterate quickly, and we maintain a very flat, fair structure.
We do not believe in micro-managing and go out of our way to get out of the way so great things can be done. If things do go wrong, we do not blame each other but pull together to find solutions.
Responsibilities and Duties
Implementation of new demand partners (in collaboration with the tech team), testing, and after live debugs for errors and anomalies
Maintain contact and communication with partners in order to provide regular updates on performance and how we can grow the partnership
Conduct regular audits of existing sites to ensure that all partners are properly connected
Ensure that the data provided by our internal dashboard on a daily basis is up-to-date and accurate
Analyse daily performance looking for dips and upticks in key metrics e.g. RPM, ads per page, bid rate, unfilled impressions, and all other indicators to address them immediately
Identify and resolve technical Ad Operations and ad-trafficking issues (with the tech team and analytics partners)
Research different strategies that can be used to further improve performance
Apply the recommendations of our analytics partner (Pubstack)
Proactively proposes A/B tests or analyses to the analytics team in order to optimize performance
Updates implementation processes as needed
Drive innovation by staying up to date on industry best practices and emerging ad technologies
Schedule regular monthly or quarterly updates to go over performance and share new tech/implementation recently developed
Run monthly and annual comparative reports and check historical data to provide trend analysis
Develops new relationships with partners and keeps an eye on the ones our competitors are using
Participates in advertiser events to consolidate and increase the company's network
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent organization and follow-up skills
Must be detail-oriented with great attention to accuracy, and have the ability to manage and communicate with teams on multiple projects
Autonomy and proactivity in the expected tasks
Attention to detail and is cutthroat with numbers, monitoring, and crushing targets
A critical thinker and tech-savvy
Proficient in MS Excel & Google Sheets, and data presentation
Has experience with client relations
Understands how website ad monetization works
Thrives in a dynamic workplace and adapts to the constant change in the ad tech industry
A self-starter and a sponge for new learnings
Great to Have
Has worked with AdSense, Google Analytics, and GAM and has extensive knowledge of Google policies and other platforms
Has worked with Prebid
Has managed a website for ad revenue monetization or worked for an SSP
At least 1-year in programmatic sell-side, ad operations
Experience with video monetization is a plus
