This writer specializes in creating out-of-the-box, “punchy” social content inspired by creators like Alex and Leila Hormozi. You understand how to grow personal brands, use storytelling, and create shareable posts that drive engagement and awareness. Ideally this writer has worked at a well-known agency or has a strong brand following themselves.

Scope: Full-time (starting 6mo and opportunity for longterm), after successful initial test article

Responsibilities

• Create and publish daily posts for LinkedIn, X, YouTube and other platforms

• Capture founder’s voice and brand tone (bold, high-energy, unfiltered)

• Interview internal SMEs and clients to create content

• Build a monthly social calendar

• Write content that builds credibility and virality

• Collaborate on campaign ideas and social growth strategies

• Track engagement and adapt based on performance

Skills and qualifications

• Proven social media content writing experience with examples of the results you’ve driven for previous brands or accounts.

• Demonstrated success growing personal/business brands

• Excellent storytelling and brand voice matching

• Strong understanding of social media trends and formats

• Work with designers to create complementary videos and graphics to support the copy

• Strong voice and willingness to take risks on social

• Bonus: experience working at a high-profile digital marketing or SaaS brand

• Ability to meet in US hours
